This Privacy Policy explains how Cheap IPTV Deals ("IPTV Deals", "we", "us") at iptvdeals.store collects, uses and protects your information when you use our website and IPTV subscription service.
Information We Collect
- Contact details — your name, email address, phone number and WhatsApp number, when you contact us, place an order or ask for support.
- Order details — the package you buy, your subscription dates and the information needed to activate your service (for example, your device type or MAC address where the service requires it).
- Technical data — your IP address, browser and device type, and pages you visit, collected through standard server logs and cookies.
How We Use Your Information
- To activate, deliver and manage your IPTV subscription.
- To reply to your messages and provide customer support.
- To process renewals, expiry reminders and service updates.
- To improve our website, packages and streaming quality.
- To prevent fraud and misuse of the service.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Cookies
Our website uses a small number of cookies that are needed for the site to work properly (for example, security and caching) and, where enabled, privacy-friendly analytics that help us understand which pages are popular. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work, but some features may be limited.
Payments and Third-Party Services
Orders are usually completed through WhatsApp and the payment methods we offer at the time of purchase. Your payment is processed by the relevant payment provider under its own privacy policy — we do not store your full card details on our website. Our website may also link to third-party services (for example, WhatsApp); their handling of your data is governed by their own policies.
Data Retention
We keep your contact and order information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting, support and legal purposes. You may ask us to delete your personal information at any time, subject to records we must keep by law.
Your Rights
You may ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
Children
Our service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with its "Last updated" date.
